ZEITLAUF® antriebstechnik honoured for equal opportunity employment
ZEITLAUF® antriebstechnik has received the title “TOTAL E-QUALITY” for its progressive personnel policies. For many years, this title has been awarded to selected organisations in the fields of commerce, science, politics and management who make particular efforts to promote equal opportunities for men and women in the workplace. TOTAL E-QUALITY is supported by the German government and by the umbrella organisations of the German economy.
„It is especially important to us to further the education of women in technical professions. At ZEITLAUF® antriebstechnik, women make up 30 percent of the total number of employees, and the number of women in leadership positions is five percent,” said Thomas Horz.
