The company ZEITLAUF^® GmbH antriebstechnik & Co KG was established in 1957. Production, which started with time-switches, developed into a wide product range covering spur, angle- and planetary gearheads as well as special customer-specific solutions.

We manufacture geared motors which drive copiers, open lift doors and the doors of underground trains in Nuremberg, Seoul and Athens. The time-switch engineering makes sure that coffee machines work properly and that wheelchairs roll. Even on the roulette tables of Las Vegas the motors and gears manufactured in the far-away Nuremberg region collect and sort the coloured gaming chips.

The family business in Lauf today employs 210 staff, of which 17 receive in-house training in the industrial and commercial fields.
