Data protection information
We would like to welcome you to our website and thank you for your interest in our company.
To reassure you about what we do with your personal data, we would like to explain in a transparent way what happens to the data we receive and what security measures we ourselves have taken. In addition, we would like to inform you about your legal rights in connection with the processing of these data.
Personal data
We do not usually require any personal information from you when you visit our website. We only note information about the name of your Internet service provider and the websites you request from us.
You as the Internet user remain anonymous, however, since we only evaluate this information for statistical purposes (e.g. number of times individual websites are requested).
Personal data are only recorded when you state these within the context of placing an order with us, for example. The data are transmitted encoded, so that unauthorized third parties cannot read these data during transmission.
User profile/Agreement
User profiles are not stored. If we do intend to set up user profiles in future, we will inform you about our intention in good time after you have requested our website so that you have the opportunity to contradict. In this case we will respect your wish of course, and not set up such a profile for you.
Data for consultation, advertising or market research purposes will only be recorded, processed or used if you have agreed to this in advance. You can of course revoke agreement once given at any time.
Use and forwarding of personal data/ Earmarking
All personal data we discover about you within the course of your use of our website will only be recorded, processed and used for the purpose stated. We do of course consider that this can only happen within the framework of the currently valid legal regulations and only with your agreement.
Public procedure directory / Right to information
On request we ill be happy to send you our public procedure directory according to § 4 e BDSG. On request we can also inform you in writing of whether and which personal data are stored about you.
Links to other suppliers
Our website contains – clearly recognisable – links to the websites of other companies. As far as links to websites of other suppliers exist, we have no influence whatsoever on their contents. For this reason, warranty and liability cannot be accepted for these contents either. The respective supplier or site operator is always responsible for the contents of these sites. The linked pages are checked for potential and recognisable violations of the law at the time the link is set up. Unlawful contents were not recognisable at the time the link was set up. Permanent monitoring of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a violation of the law, however. Such links will be removed as soon as we hear anything about violations of the law.
Security principles
In order to protect the stored data of our employees/customers/suppliers against coincidental or intentional manipulations, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons, we have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures. The security levels are checked continually together with security experts and adapted to new safety standards.

Terms of use of private domain
An access authorization as well as an own area of data is given to all users of a private domain. The system can be accessed via a user-ID selected by the administrator. This user-ID has to be protected by a personal secret password. Every access of the users will be recorded.
The password should be composed of at least six characters, thereof at least one special character. For this reason, all words are excluded which can be found in a dictionary (e.g. Oxford English Dictionary). Users have to select their passwords carefully and keep it secret. It is forbidden to pass on the passwords to any other persons. The passwords have to be changed periodically.
Users have the obligation to treat the information and knowledge carefully, which are available to them within the scope of their access and of their cooperation regarding affairs of ZEITLAUF GmbH antriebstechnik & Co. KG; for example technical, commercial and organizational affairs. Users are not allowed to exploit, use, or make accessible information or knowledge to third persons during and after the cooperation without a written consent of ZEITLAUF GmbH antriebstechnik & Co.KG.
Neither now nor in the future, will users use any data, information or business knowledge which they have received within this range by customers, suppliers, and any other contractors or partners of ZEITLAUF GmbH antriebstechnik Co.KG, for own purposes or for purposes of a third party. Received data is to be kept in a way that third parties cannot have any access.
This obligation of confidentiality does not apply for information which:
- has been or is passed on to third persons demonstrably by an entitled third person or
- is already known generally during the conclusion of the contract or
- is generally and subsequently known without an infringement of this obligation.
