Despite numerous difficulties, such as shortages of raw materials, global warming and urbanisation, people all over the world wish to be mobile and to remain mobile. But these subjects force us all to think laterally. They require sustainable and holistic solutions, one of which, namely electromobility, is taking on an ever more important and forward looking role. With environmentally-friendly technologies we are able to make sure, today, that we achieve the global and “clean” mobility of tomorrow. In this way we accept responsibility for subsequent generations and leave them a planet that is still worth living on and worth treasuring.
The future is mobile. So are we. For one thing, we have broadened our strategic corporate focus to encompass five relevant primary sectors: E-Vehicles, Healthcare, Access Automation, TrainTech and Eco Power. For another we have merged our assembly departments and relocated them to Röthenbach a. d. Pegnitz, where the approx. 4,000 m2 production rooms are set up in line with modern lean management principles. This means that, in future, we can be even more efficient, productive and reliable for your benefit. We work on this all the time. It’s what drives us.
Increased capacity for a productive and efficient future
On the 1st of April of this year our entire assembly and small batch production operations were transferred to two new 4,000 m2 production rooms at Röthenbach a. d. Pegnitz. This new facility ensures that we can produce products for our customers on an even more market-based and flexible basis because the assembly work carried out there is structured in line with the latest lean management principles.
