Every step in the process chain at ZEITLAUF^® antriebstechnik is accompanied by a sophisticated quality management system. This begins with the first product consultation and ends long after our gearmotors have been supplied. Elaborate measuring processes plus goods inwards material inspections and function checks are employed to make sure that each and every one of our gearmotors conforms to our strict quality specifications.

Our well thought-out “Quality First” quality management system, like our engineering expertise, is a firm element of our company objectives as well as an important factor in our success. In order to permanently optimise the efficiency of our own production processes, we develop and construct some of our production machinery ourselves. Our quality assurance system employs constant in-process-measuring rather than statistical quality control. This means that our customers can always rely on one hundred percent Zeitlauf^® quality.

To establish the best possible quality management system, we had the first ISO certification carried out in 1995. We are currently certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In addition, we have our quality audited by independent accredited institutes. We continuously cooperate with renowned partners in the field of research and development on optimising our processes and further developing our gearmotors. Naturally, these criteria are also applied to our suppliers by means of our “Supplier Management System”.
